I read on another post that about topical vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) from the vitamincure.com and from what I tell there's some success with it, and that you just gotta give it time to see good results. Another member (Ethanol) mentioned using Topical Beta-Carotene and I was wondering if anyone has used this with success? I had a bottle of a 100 softgels of beta-carotene (25,000iu), had it all dissolved, mixed it in a small container with grapeseed oil, vitamin e, and some aloe vera. There's about 2.5million IU of beta inside. The thing is, I noticed the beta substance can leave your skin stained (i tried a small drop on my arm), and its very difficult to wash off. So is this normal? It looks like red paint! Is there a better way to prepare all this? If I'm supposed to leave this on overnight, wouldn't my face look all yellowish/red? Any comments would be appreciated! I'm tempted to use it tonight, but I need to know if I'm doing it wrong!
