should start to get less and less redder each day just give it time, the red marks on my face get redder when im in the sun but ti goes away after a while

Smokeing constricts blood vessels (thats where the heart desease comes from).

Salt water is alot better to constrict blood vessels so go swim in the sea or wash your face with SEA SALT and water. Not iodised salt cause thats evil stuff.

in the end how long did it take for ur marks to go away and how? and did smoking actually make it better or worse?
