Salt water seems to be working well.

Recommended Posts

This is my 6th night and already i'm seeing rapid results.

I'm not saying DRASTIC results just rapid.

Maybe if i use it a little longer I'll have clear clear skin?

I've had forehead trouble for a little while now with acne.

Always a new pimple forming when another disappears.

When i saw someone mention how they used salt water

I was like, "IHAVE to try that!!" And i'm definetly glad

i did. Also, i use clean&clear toner and an aveeno

cream. My forehead actually looks Better!!

How do you use the salt water? Do you drink it or use it on your skin? Hoe much salt do you have in the water?

im definetly NOT an expert on acne. trust me.

I just take a small bit of sea salt and put it on the wash cloth

and put *Warmer water on it so it's more of a paste than water.

Then I Wash my face with it. No i dont drink It lol.

And I'm not sure if it fades red marks. Don't know if I have them.

Can somebody do research on this?

i must say sea water is excellent for pimples and any sort of like cuts or open wounds .. the salt seems to dry pimples all up and make wounds heal faster .. thats one of my favorite things bagout the beach .. and the sun dries alot of it up as well

I'm moving to the coast, from tommorow i'll be swimming in salt water almost daily. It should be great to see if it alters anything.

You should not use iodized table salt. It's not the same thing and will not help with your skin because anything iodized is not in it's natural state.

There is another forum on here that has a ton of posts on sea salt and how helpful it is for acne.

I actually recently started using a sea salt scrub and am seeing some results, thank God.
