Marvin 1 Share Posted March 21, 2006 If given the opportunity to be rid of acne forever but only on the basis that your best friend would now be subjected to this absolutely horrific plague would you do it just to be acne free?I Marvin would in a heart beat no ifs, ands or buts about it!! Please give your honest views on this matter and don't lie because we know what happened to Pinnochio - Marvin (Your most humblest servant)

Jimmeny_Cricket 0 Share Posted March 22, 2006 Would never wish it on any of my real friends, only people I genuinely hate. To even consider it would be wrong.
Marvin 1 Author Share Posted March 22, 2006 Uh.... no. I hate to say this (well, no I don't)- but I hope you *don't* have any friends. I do have friends and many of them are right here in this forum. I resent your candid remarks but I am a strong willed person who takes pride in whatever I do and the decisions I make. I don't think you understand the severity of the situation. There was a point in my life when I was free of acne. I was feeling the 'highs' of life and my self confidence was booming to an unprecedented level. I can honestly say without any regrets that I was living the life of a celebrity. I would pick up chicks in clubs, malls, library you name it I did it! Had a beautiful asian girlfriend who loved me like no other. I was her king and she was my queen. Tragically as time progressed things took a turn for the worst. The dreaded acne took over my face, back, neck. Right then and there my life ended and up to this day I feel lifeless. Now, i am a compassionate human being so I would feel extremely bad if I had to give acne to my best friend. In my own heart I know that my decision would ultimately bring me happiness in the end. I will always thank my best friend for sacraficing himself for me. I feel like it may feel like the wrong decision in the begining but he'll get used to it in the end just as long as I don't have to be subjected to it. NO WAY JOSE!! - Marvin

Penguin Lancer 0 Share Posted March 22, 2006 I have a few best friends, and would make alot more if my acne could be evenly dispersed among them. I think 50 best friends would be like a pimple each.
Scorpio 0 Share Posted March 22, 2006 What are my options if I don't have a best-friend?
amandakay_6 0 Share Posted March 22, 2006 My best friend was killed in a tragic car accident....I would give anything to bring her back....I would take horrible acne for the rest of my life just to know that she would have the chance to live out her life. Grow up Marvin.
Lingler 0 Share Posted March 22, 2006 I'm looking at it the other way around. A more interesting question would be: if you had flawless, perfect clear skin and your best friend had acne and were in pain, would you switch places with them so you would make them happy?By the way, I don't have any friends right now. I did have a few but... it was a long time ago. I don't know anything about them now.
