pic included ...How to deal with these?

Unfortunately, these don't appear like scars, but more like very active acne still. So it's important that you treat this acne immediately. you need to reduce the inflammation and that may require both external/topical treatments and internal changes. What is your diet like? Could it be hormonal? Are you using a lot of harsh products? I am not a huge fan of Dan's regimen because I think it's way too much benzoyl peroxide, but it's something you may want to consider starting. I'm a personal fan of multivitamins, green tea -all for the inside, and on the outside, I like cetaphil cleansers and moisterizers, a thin layer of BenzaClin (which does have benzoyl peroxide, but I don't use everyday). Hopefully, you can reach the point where you don't have anymore active acne, and you can focus on reducing scars and fading red marks (i.e. retin a, AHA, gentle manual exfoliation).

Good luck

don't worry... those aren't scars and your type of acne won't scar. you just need to get clear and then in about 3-5 months those marks will disappear
