Just got back from sauna...

Skin is dry, but overall good feeling. I already drank ALOT. Noticing I dont sweat easily when its hot, only when I exercise. :)

If you want to improve sweating then eat more apsaragus. One benefit this veggie can do for you is to enable more uptake of water into your tissues. This can also combat malaise.

Saunas are awsome! Being a Finn (we have sauna in practically every house) I'm used to doing that a lot. It's really good for detoxing. You tend to sweat out lots of toxins - plus you can really scrub off all that dead skin and give it a change to renew itself. Will definitely keep your pores open.
