I just started tane as i said like 4 times before, but i know there is a strict almost-no-vitamin A rule. Chicken Noodle Soup, probably my favorite food, has about 60-70% of daily need in it. Does this mean i cant eat chicken noodle soup during my course? If yes, which i think is the answer, i think that will be enough to cause me depression, accutane or no accutane (sarcasm lol)

Campbell's chicken noodle only has 4% of the RDA of Vitamin A and that's fine. What brand of soup are you eating that has 60-70% RDA?

You really only need to avoid foods with a significant amount of preformed Vitamin A like organ meats, particularly liver. Stuff that contains Vitamin A precursors (like beta carotene), for instance carrots, are fine.
