Recommended Posts

im on a very very healthy diet , almost no oil in anything , no bread no dairy. very healthy , i still get 1-2 whiteheads on the red acne everymorning (NEW ONES)

im going food shopping tomorrow and I was just wondering what i can get, i love snacks but ive quitted them for acne, but i still see no results from my sacrifice , ive been on this diet for like 2months.

so what can I get in the supermarket? food ... snack ... drink ... anything?

btw ., what is "apple cider vinegar " apple juice + vinegar?

Acoid all processed foods as they contain chemical preservative agents which might make your acne worse, dairy, citrus and the usual sugars. The more natural your diet, ie organic the easier it is for your body to gather nutrients without reacting to preservatives. Also, try changing your laundry detergent to a natural one, I use Borax. I've switched from Tide and such 2 months ago and a HUGE difference in minimizing blackand white heads since.

Grocery list: coconut oil, rice or spelt breads, rice or soy imitation dairy products. Nuts and dried fruit are a great snack, I always keep some veggies cut up in the fridge for convenience. Stay in the perimeter of the grocery store and AWAY from the aisle... that's where all the BAD guys are.

Hm, a difference in using different laundry detergent? Can this Borax be purchased from Wal-Mart in the normal laundry detergent aisle?

Thanks

Tristam
