Can it be my skins is looking better from Vitamines?

I started taking Omega 3 twice a day and taking two tablespoons of GNC's Mega Vitamine liquid form. I'm not sure, but I think my skin might be starting to look better. When I looked in the mirror (I looked very fast because I hate looking at myself), I noticed my pores looked smaller. I think it might be because I am taking vitamines every day. This happens when I start a routine of vitamines daily. When I stop my skin gets blotchy. I don't have any photos to proove it. I really should take some before and after photos.

Has anyone else noticed their skins looks better after taking vitamines?

I just purchased some zinc and sellenium too.

To be quite honest, vitamins had very little to no effect on my skin. I took zinc, copper, B-complex, and flax oil, and all did nothing for my skin. The B5 did help significantly though, but I don't feel right taking 6grams a day.
