I've read reviews on Liquid Neutrogena on various websites but I'm not too sure if the reviewers themselves have suffered from acne. Has anyone on this board tried this to some success? It's supposedly great for breakouts, and I want to stop using so many harsh products on my face. My cousin uses this and a moisturizer and has very nice skin, but I'm not sure if she was ever acne-prone.

Any comments?

hmm, well, i think i've used this wayyyy back in the day when i was 13 or smth. from what i remember, it didn't stop acne for me. i had very mild acne back then, maybe 5 small zits max. but it sure was better than soap cuz it's more gentle. doesn't foam up that much and no fragrance. here're some more reviews on mua: http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showrev...gena/Cleansers/

do they even sell this stuff nowadays? i no longer see it in the drugstore.

I think this stuff is relatively old, and it certainly isn't fanciest stuff on the market right now.

It's pretty much the facial soap I've been using the past few years. My face has cleared up significantly and I don't often have any major breakouts. However, this could be also be due more to the fact that I'm older now and generally take better care of myself.

I should also the mention the main reason why I used so much of this stuff is because someone gave me several bottles and it was the only facial soap I could find at the wholesale club when it came time replenish.

I found this topic b/c I was going to ask the same question. Can someone else please share their experiences?

I've been using it, does a good job and doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry..and less expensive than most cleansers..
