I've never had acne in my life. Now I'm 20 yo and lately(past few months) I've noticed that I'm starting to get some acne(probably 6-7 small whiteheads).During my youth, I never had a zit on my face.I was always doing some type of sport (almost 6 hours/day). But during the past months, I've drastically stop any sort of exercice(bearely 2 hours a week or none).Since, my skin changed dramatically( from normal to combination skin ). Can someone tell me if this is due to the lack of exercice??

I can't tell ya, but I can tell you an easy way to find out! Start exercising again and see what happens. I know, it's genius.

i think excercise/working out is only good for the skin. it makes you sweat which cleans pores out and it pumps your blood/increases circulation, which has to be good for your skin.

i find it strange when people think sweating "makes" them get acne. that doesnt make sense to me. i've also heard that swimming salt water is good for acne b/c it helps with the ph of the skin and dries it out a bit.

anyone know about this? when i was younger and had pimples, i dreamt of living near the ocean and surfing so i'd be in the sun and salt water, which i thought would clear my skin up.
