New to the regimen (sort of) and a question

Im new to the regimen, sort of. I followed it for about 2 weeks then stoped because I ran out of BP and couldnt find the time to go tot he store and get some more. I think because of that, i broke out alittle. It was working, which was the sad part.

But anyways, alittle about myself. Im 19. i work at a fast food resuraunt which doesnt really help my acne. I've had acne sense puberty hit. Been a fun rid with it! Its not as bad as It used to be when I was younger. Most of it is just centered around my forehead. This leads me to my question....

I like to wear hats. I have to at work because its a health code violation if i dont. Should I try and avoid wearing a hat at any ofther time to give my forehead alittle breathing room or does it really eveb matter? Thanks!

Please let your forehead be free and air out. Your hat absorbs

your sweet, oils, and dirt and irritating your skin causing acne.

If anything, I would advise you to whip your hat with a acne cloth. :)

I had a similar problem when I played football. My chinstrap

would irritate my skin from the sweet and oils absorbed in it. :(
