I have recently started following the Regimen religiously and so far it's working great. I used to get large whiteheads everyday, and now I get less and also they are much smaller. My only problem right now is that although I do moisterize, and it does get rid of my flakes(or atleast it looks like it does after I apply it  ) after I wash my face(with the Purpose bar) I notice that there are some spots of soap that don't wash off. I am thinking that these are flakes. I was wonder if it would be ok to use something to exfoliate my skin (I have a soap called Neutrogena Black Head Removing Scrub that gets rid of all my flakes. This is the soap I used before I got on the Regimen.) maybe once or twice a week. I know that you're supposed to avoid these kind of things but I figure it couldn't be worse than a whole bunch of flakes keeping soap on my skin.
