Scary Monster 0 Share Posted February 25, 2006 Its not a realistic idea as a day pupil, if you're planning on boarding then its not so bad. Its 260 miles and a route planner puts it at about 5 hours. There are plenty more good schools nearer to Canterbury though.

Scary Monster 0 Share Posted February 25, 2006 And what do you mean by school? Seeems a little strange to have a school thats good for Music production and Engineering, do you mean Uni? In which case the best place to be living is in student accom.

Scary Monster 0 Share Posted February 26, 2006 Think the only realistic way to do it would be living in uni halls or student accomodation and having your uncle's place as 'home' to go back to occasionnally.Good luck with whatever you decide
reckoning_mike 0 Share Posted February 28, 2006 it is easy to get a train to manchester from canterbury tho. and if your going to uni youd be staying in accomadation there....
Jimmeny_Cricket 0 Share Posted March 30, 2006 Wouldn't even think about gettin trains from Canterbury, it'll take fuckin ages!Manchester is a good city, got some wicked nightclubs and is cheaper than Canterbury. Canterbury has a pretty good campus though.
