Question about shower pressure in regards to skincare

I think strong pressure form the shower would be good because it would ensure that all your cleanser is thorougly removed from your face.

However, I wonder if a strong pressure setting can cause skin irritations.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks.

I don't ever let the water from my shower hit my face directly. I have pretty high water pressure and I'm pretty sure it would irritate my skin on my face (I'm on retin-a and duac gel). My back and chest get red from my water pressure, so I can't imagine what it'd do to my face. I just cup my hands and splash my face the way I would using water from my sink....
