i made the mistake last night by using a exfoliating scrub on my skin,,, and now i have a red mark from where i did it.

should i put neosporin on it or something else *and what?*

regret doing it and now it just looks bad like i burned myself or something.

how long will it be there for??

ohhhhh dear. I did that too. Had a terrible weepy sore patch - quite big too - for a few weeks, but it healed up.

What were you exfoliating with, and what are the active ingredients? Did you actually burn yourself with an acid, or did you scrub too much skin off, or both?

Neo could help, so could aloe vera gel, and I always take ibuprofen when I get a red mark (it's an anti-inflammatory).
