Mac 1 Posted February 16, 2006 I cuurently use their: "Effaclar gel cleanser" its so nice liek very gentle its non soap, ph balance.... my derm recommended it.... poqal 0 Posted February 22, 2006 Mac I use La Roche's Hydraphase lotion. My derm gave it to me when I went on Accutane and its been amazing. It's really lightweight and I can apply it as many times a day as needed. It has really helped me with the dry skin.
