What works well for me is using Proactiv Mask or QH Mask for spot treatment and leaving it on cysts and other spots for a couple hours or overnight, then washing it off. With this method, I can get a cyst to come to a head in a matter of days to one week, whereas it would stick around for 2-4 weeks otherwise. I'm using AHA's nightly as well. LabGirl81 4 Posted February 16, 2006 aspirin mask I usually apply a hot compress a few times a day. I apply a decent sized blob of BP or my Duac gel at night before I go to bed. I let it dry completley so it's white and crusty. Eventually they begin to shrink. I've only had one sort of come to a head, but it had like 5 or 6 heads, not just one.
