Hyaluronic acid supplements

Hi all

I posted this on the adult acne forum, but on reflection I think it'd be better here....

I recently started taking source naturals hyaluronic acid supplements, in the form of biocell collagen cos I read on another forum that it makes your lips plumper! Vain, I know! ) Well I'm not sure about my lips, but my acne has started clearing up... Now this could be a complete coincidence (I've also started taking a multivitamin - it could be that...) but I was wondering whether anyone else had ever heard of this helping, or had a similar experience?

Thanks for posting that. I actually think i'm' gonna try it. i was wondering about the softgels of hyaluronic acid also and if they are more easily absorbable.

Supps like this look awfully fishy. Can't put my finger on exactly, but I dont get that warm fuzzy suppy feeling when I read an add like that one.

Been taking 100 mg in the AM and 100 mg in the PM for almost 2 weeks now. My digestion seems better- stools are better- not to be gross but more solid. I seem to be less fatigued. My skin however is another story. Can't tell if it is helping it yet. I have a bump on my chin that hasn't come to a head but doesn't really hurt which is weird for my skin. i was also recovering from a breakout due to trying to find a sunscreen that won't break me out but it is only really on one side of my chin/mouth. I'm gonna give it another week at least to see if there is a difference. I actually may cut back to just taking it once per day or taking less of it 2x's per day.

i would still like to know if anyone else has tried this for acne?
