Foomph 0 Posted February 13, 2006 ALL of my red marks went completely away. As for scars, well, I was luckt and don't have many. And I tend to scar white, so on my pale skin it doesn't shoe much. It won;t do much for deep scars like ice-pick scars and such, I don't think-but I'm not an expert in that field. But red marks? hell yes-they GO! ~*T*~ 0 Posted February 13, 2006 Accutane works mainly to just clear and prevent acne. It doesn't help scars. But it is EXTREMELY important not to pick your acne while on tane. The slow healing and dry skin from it will cause you to scar more easily. Regular moisturising will help prevent this a little. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
