Skin type = mild acne

I do everything twice a day. Wash, BP, Moisturizer when you get up. Repeat again at night.

I use Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free Formula For Sensitive Skin, Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser For Normal to Oily Skin, and Dans BP Gel.

Regimen (2x a day) using Rodan + Field Unblemish (they're the same people that make Proactiv but so much gentler on the skin!). I've been using it for over a year and it has greatly improved my skin. i went from moderate acne to very mild now.

1. Unblemish cleanser

2. Use face clothe to gently exfoliate off dead skin

3. Unblemish toner

4. Unblemish treatment lotion

5. Rodan + Field Essentials moisturizer

6. When I get a zit, I apply Clearisal (sp?) 10% BP

I'm also on Yasmin ... that might have helped with the acne as well!

Don't pick unless the zit turns white...everytime I pick a zit that's not ready, it always ends up looking worse...not the mention the new ones that form around it
