I read a couple of your posts and what you said made since if the acne you have is caused by irritation from products. I thought I would be a good candidate cause all throughout highschool and until I was 19 I had great skin. I washed with clearasil daily face wash once a night and it kept me pimple free. One day for some reason when I got a pimple I decided to experiment with different face washes and medications. The breakouts just started comin' and I know if I would've just left it alone it would've gone a way but I kept experimenting and my face kept getting worse. Now a good year and a half later my face is still in rough shape. I have redness and flakiness around my nose and eyebrow area with a bunch of whiteheads on my forehead that just won't go away. Well anyway, I tried your regimen of just water for about 2 and a half months but it didn't really get any better. I guess it didn't get worse either but my question is whether or not I shouldn've kept on the regimen or just abandoned it for something different. How long is it before you see noticeable results and the skin goes back to normal? Thanks for the help

Hmm, I have a similar problem. I had great skin, even through puberty. I am 19 now and pretty much finishing up puberty and have developed some mild acne during my first semester in college. I really think my acne was caused by me overwashing my face causing it to become very dry. Plus I'm from Hawaii so im not used to the cold winter drying out my skin either. Anyway, I've just decided to start doing nothing. Hopefully things will work out before I get back home this summer.

around 3 to 4 months in my case.

Everyone however, has different physiques and body composition.

that's when I noticed significant differences (mainly, reduction if the Big Pimples, yet there was increase in rash like pimples (dunno if they were pimples however)

I wasn't watching my diet and stress too much at that time however until the 5th month.

well... at this time however, (which is more important), I'M CLEAR! :D

it's been about a year since I started my regimen.

...in addition, it is VERY important not to put ANY kind of cleanser on your face UNTIL about 6 or 7 months, otherwise, it would just reverse the effect little by little.
