I know i'm not the only one taking multi-vitamins to help prevent acne problems. The website i got mine from is http://www.dontforgettotakeyourvitamins.com/adams11075. Cleaning up your diet with proper nutrition can help, and strong studies show the friendly bacteria of Probiotics greatly help reduce skin disorders. When there is insufficient, friendly intestinal bacteria, your body builds up undigested toxins. These toxins, when eliminated through the skin can show up as digestive and skin disorders. Studies clearly show skin conditons improve when patients take friendly bacteria and supply the nutrients their bodies need, to digest their food properly. I hope the website can be useful and beneficial to you as it was to me.

I dont know a lot one way or the other on the subject, but I see that vitamin contains iodine, and lots of ppl here have said to avoid it (esp since few ppl in the US are ever iodine deficient, it would seem there is little need to supplement). What's your stance?

I take it as iodine is just one ingrediant among many. If you aren't iodine deficient great but that's not the most important part it's whether the product works or not. And to most people liking the answers yes. Hope this helps answer your question. And thank you for the feedback.

the problem with taking a multivitamin is that 53% of people who take them are creating more problems and making the vitamins they are already deficient in are making them worse
