ONE PIMPLE! LOL.

There is no single way to completely make it go away. But, there is something that can reduce its size and visual unattractiveness.

Get some Salacylic Acid (2%) and Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%). You can get them over the counter. I think for the Salacylic Acid the product is called, "SalAc" and for benzoyl peroxide 2.5% use Neutrogena On-The-Spot.

Keep in mind this will be quiet costly considering its only one pimple. Do the following.

Wash your face. Place the Salacylic Acid on the pimple and rub it in completely. Use a good amount. After it's rubbed in completely, run in the benzoyl peroxide completely. Do it at night before you go to bed. When you wake up, see what you think and post the results.

This is only because you have ONE pimple as you say. If your whole face has pimples, don't do what i just told you to your whole face, instead follow the Clear Skin Regimen on this site.

I did this because I had a pimple before prom. It's the only thing i could come up with. It did help, not dramatically or anything, but to the point where i didn't even pay attention to it.
