Doryx? Have you tried it? Does it work?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone tried Doryx?? I'm on it - doesn't seem to be doing anything but giving me a yeast infection. And I searched online, and nowhere does it say it can be used for acne treatments

Anyone on it? Does it work?

Hi Ya, Doryz is just the pure form version of Doxycycline.

Its basically easier to take on your stomach then using Doxycycline.

But let me tell you.

This is an amazing anti biotic for getting rid of acne on your face and body.

Your body has to get used to it.

The same thing happened with me.

It will take a few days for this to happen.

I took Doxycycline and it took about a week for it to work.

It totally cleared me of my acne.

Yet my acne will come back, but Doxycycline is great at getting rid of Acne.

It will work.

Just give it time.

Just curious, how much was the Doryx?

I dont have insurance.

The Doryx without insurance was like 250 dollars.

While Doxycycline is like 25 dollars.

There basically the same thing.

Yeast infections can happen when on a antibiotic cause it kills the good bacteria as well as the bad. YOu need to talk to a doctor if it keeps up or you keep getting them. I hope you have sucess with it though.

I've been on Doryx for several months now, and I've noticed a lot fewer new blemishes. I'm also on Tazorac cream and Duac gel, so I think the combination of the antibiotic and topical creams is working well. I would give it more time to work.
