I was an acne sufferer from age 15 and they are clearing up now. I am a 21 year old male and I am kind of thankfull for getting acne, because of acne my finances are really good, becase all i was doing is working and investing money (reselling cars, and now real estate) I didnt have a life because of acne but I had a job. I though it will change when my acne will crear up, but it doesn't. Right now i am making 6-8 thousands a month and have a $40,000 car, but I think about suicide almost every week. I am not ugly and not fat it's just i have no life exept my career. Please help, what should i do with my life?

You have already passed Stage 1 : Recognizing what you lack.

Now onto Stage 2 : Taking actions to change that.

Do you have any hobby in particular? sports? I suggest joining a club or something..

Or even, do some volunteer work. What I think you need is exposure to more people.

Remember there are many others way worse than you.... I wish you all the best man!

Well, if you're not fat, and you're not ugly, I'd suggest going into the porn industry. Happiness ensues.

Seriously though, taking up a hobby or sport will help, maybe karate or something?

Money *can* buy happiness, but it's damn expensive.

80-100k a year is good money, but the way I see it, less than 250k a year isn't enough for that whole 'I'm rich/happy' thing.

I have hobbys, but they all got borring. I have traveled a lot got borred of that too. Right now i am sitting and i have no idea what I want to do(what will entertain me) Everying just seems so borring. I hate all the food, there is nothing I want to do, all i do is think and think, I am just sitting and thinking all the time. I guess this was my down side for having acne, I always though that when my face will be clear and I'll have money everying will be perfect, but it isn't. My income is incresing every time, but it does me no good.

Life is so pointless :(

Um, do you write, or maybe draw? When I'm down, drawing helps me turn bad thoughts into good pictures, and I end up feeling much better.

Wow I wish I had that much money, because I know I could actually have good skin. There are several things I have never tried because of the expense. Anyway, if I found myself in that situation, I'd first go to a derm constantly until I fixed my skin issues. Then, I would strike up the confidence to do things that really make myself happy. Try to rediscover yourself. What do you want out of life? Ask that girl out that seems interesting, play music, learn to be your own best friend, and love every minute of life. Don't take anything for granted. Just find something that moves you.

It would probably make you feel really good to give me 5k so I can afford Accutane and some new clothes. So that would be a start.

Then I'll teach you how to get the 3 things you need to be happy in this world. It's the one chance you'll get in this lifetime to change your destiny.

get a girlfriend, I think life is more meaning for when you have someone you love .

look at donald trump for example. He's ugly but he's rich and he got a hot ass wife and probably lots of mistresses on the side all because he's rich.

You could donate money to my cause and make a 17 year old girl like life for the first time since she was a child. Maybe in turn it would make you happy :D

Really though, I don't know what to say. Get hobbies. Go out more. I wish I actually had enough self esteem to leave my house.

Read the novel ''Sister Carrie''. It deals with a situation identical to yours, in the sense that the lead female eventually becomes rich, and ponders, what is there to do in life? The answer she comes up with is charity and helping out your fellow man *tear drop*

Money is power!

With the power you can buy yourself some happiness at least. You can have some nice girls because they love the car, the clothes and the black silk underwear. j/k

I think a nice women will change your mentality brotha.

Fuck that suicide shit, don't go out being punked out by life's challenges, grow strong...make a strong name and leave a great imprint on this Earth...make people remember you!

You must think of yourself as important because you are.

We are all in this together...and we all make a difference whether we want to believe that or not.

P.S: Everyone has their situations and obstacles to overcome...but we should never outweight the positive with the negative...life is not bad at all! The cards are on your table and you have a great headstart to happiness!

It depends what makes you happy really. Also, it depends on what's making you sad at present. Maybe having alot of money would allow you to cure your acne, and maybe that would be all you'd need for happiness. But maybe something else would arise that money could never change.

Money can buy you acceptance from other people. However, it will never make you love yourself. I'd rather have acceptance from other people than disapproval and still not loving myself, though.

Buy yourself some acceptance.

I once heard- "Money can't buy happiness. But it can sure buy you the brand of misery you prefer."

Of course, I've never HAD money, really, so I can't be sure of that. :)

Just keep searching for what you want to do. It's out there, you just have to find it.

maybe because you missed out on lots of stuff in the past, and you feel like you have no life.but you can change you know.enlarge your social circle.first good thing to do is to volunteer.maybe volunteer your time and services at an orphanage or old folk's home to help out the needy.you will get to know some other kind souls out there and feel happy helping out people.next, you can take up classes to upgrade yourself or get a hobby and meet people with the same common interests.or you can go clubbing!

You don't like travel? Shit. If I had the money I'd tour every part of asia that wasn't a shithole. I'd be seven hundred pounds by the time I was done.
