I have used the buff puff things in the past, I find them to be too scratchy. A facial brush is best for exfoliation in my opinion. It works without the scratchyness

I use a buff puff every couple of days. It is not abrasive to me. It is a matter of how much pressure you are applying when you use it. Also, I got one that was labelled gentle. It actually is.

I tried them and they broke me out. A brush is a lot better, and cheaper in the long run.

I have found facial brushes at Shopper's Food Warehouse $4, Safora $12, dhcskincare.com $12-15 & Bed Bath and Beyond $5-10. I have seen the Buff Puff thing at most grocery stores in the beauty aisle as well as Eckerd Drug, CVS and target for about $4-7. Amazon.com has a good selection of Face brushes ranging in price from $3-15+.
