Using two different mosterizer?

Recommended Posts

Is it ok to use two different moisterizer? I bought one by accident (before started the regimen) They are both Cetiphil. One is just a normal mosterizer while the other one is the one with the spf 15. thanks

I don't see any problem with it myself. And I actually use two different ones and haven't seen a difference. The one I use in the morning is neutrogena because it doesn't clump up with my makeup. I use the cetaphil in the evening because it helps with the dryness and flaking more, but it does tend to clump a lot.

You're probably ok with using two kinds.

They are the exact same thing, one just has SPF 15 which will protect your skin if you go out in the sun. Other than that, they are identical.

Yup, no problem. That's actually a good thing you are doing...anything with SPF will always make your skin "tingle" for a bit...unless you are sleeping outside during the day, the SPF at night is useless.

If the non-SPF Cetaphil moisturizer is not non-comedogenic and oil-free, don't use it because there are different types of non-SPF Cetaphil moisturizers; some aren't for the face.
