Would putting Salicystic Acid (wart remover) be bad?

I heard that you put it on your scars, then it will burn them off. Then in a few days your skin will heal and you will have smooth skin. Is this a good idea or bad?

8-[ Please don't put that on your skin. Even warts on the face have to be taken care of extremely more carefully than on other parts of the body. Skin on the face is so thin and fragile, and wart remover is so harsh. I used to even wash my face with a washrag and I was pulling and being way too harsh for my skin so it irritated it plus the bacteria on any colored washrag (do not use even a washrag on it for months now).

I just posted what I used and with success on My Regimen if you are interested.
