i know we shouldn't use soap to wash our face but how 'bout aveeno moisturzing bar?

Recommended Posts

ordinary soaps are bad for you because it's alkali and has bad ingredients. but how 'bout the aveeno moisturizing bar? it says it's soap free so does that mean it has a balanced PH and it really is a soap FREE? i dont see the ingredients that is used to make soaps (well that's what i can think of).

here's the ingredients: Oat Flour (Avena Sativa), Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Water, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Citric Acid, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil.

and can you explain to me what is the difference between a soap and a "soap free" but in a bar. because i always thought that a bar is always a soap. your replies would be very MUCH appreciated. thanks. :)
