Glycolic Acid: when to put on?

Recommended Posts

I currently put on Duac gel on my face in the evenings and take oral antibiotics. I'd like to add glycolic acid to my regimen because although I've stopped getting big zits, I still get these annoying small bumps on my nose and on my cheeks next to my nose. How do I incorporate glycolic acid into my regimen? Do I put it on before or after the Duac? Please help!

I just talked to my derm yesterday about glycolic acid. I am pretty much clear but still have the small flesh colored bumps and I read that this will help. She agreed and said I should use it every other night. On the nights I don't use it, I will continue to use my Azelex. Not quite sure what Duac is, but maybe ask your derm about incorporating glycolic acid into your regimen.
