Um, I think you should use an exfoliater because Im on accutane and I have tons of red marks, but the exfoliater is helping little by little.

if you arent exfloiting...than the red marks arent gonna go away. have you ever heard of papaya soap? i read an accutane log and the guy was using it. its a good exfloiant and supposed to be good for the face. since you are on accutane tho, i would use a normal facial mostorizer like cetaphil because you dont want to agravate your face too much.

I am using 2 moist....

Clean & Clear Dual Action: It make your marks more red abit, than will fade.

and on top of that is use

Avene Cleaneance - this is french, i live in europe so I do not know if you find else where.

Using these two & Clearasil Cover up, red marks fade a bit
