There are alot of worse things than Acne. sometimes people dont even notice yours and your the only one that gets paranoid when looking in the mirror. So it is not worth starving and going anorexic or anything. Just try to eat healthy or regular diet. Maybe take out some of the things that you are sure that affects you. EX: milk for me, i just eat dry cereal which is just fine, and maybe chocolate and coffe once awhile. But other than those i keep my diet the same. So just keep in mind that acne or appearence does not come beefore everything, especially health.
