Oh, and your acne is much better - grats Yeah i'm focusing in my traps a lot now. Started doing shrugs, upright rows and heavy deadlifts. They are actually coming along. Thanks for the tip. Elendil 0 Share Posted November 12, 2005 If you're really wanting to hit the traps hard, I would suggest doing 2 seperate shrug workouts. For instance, a dumbell pull in a slight rearward motion seated with your chest on the incline part of the seat (at around a 50-60 degree incline) for 3 sets of 6-8 reps, and a dumbell lift, standing, same set length.You should definitely see a difference.
