Seems you also found time to shave your chest, work out, and tan. ;)

actually i don't tan at all i'm not really sure why i'm darker besides the fact that i'm outside now more and its basically the end of summer :D

Nice man - lot more defined. Gotta bust those traps mo, but huge improvement.

Yeah i'm focusing in my traps a lot now. Started doing shrugs, upright rows and heavy deadlifts. They are actually coming along. Thanks for the tip.

If you're really wanting to hit the traps hard, I would suggest doing 2 seperate shrug workouts. For instance, a dumbell pull in a slight rearward motion seated with your chest on the incline part of the seat (at around a 50-60 degree incline) for 3 sets of 6-8 reps, and a dumbell lift, standing, same set length.

You should definitely see a difference. Good luck.
