JessFirestone 6 Share Posted November 10, 2005 I think they both have the same ingredients except Polysporin doesn't have Neomycin in it, because some people are allergic to that ingredient.I've heard a few say that it seemed to be effective in treating their red marks; don't know for sure if you can use it all over, because I think some people said it clogged their pores (but the same thing with Neo) so it may be useful to spot treat at first, and see how that works. The best time to put on any kind of cream like this for red marks or breakouts is after you exfoliate.
