Help me create a Regimen.

Recommended Posts

So far I have stuff that i was prescibred from my dermo, and some stuff that was suggested in other regimens on this forum. Give me some opinions on which products I should use, or shouldn't use and/or how to use them.

So far I have:

Clean & Clear Continuous Control ACNE Cleanser

Clean & Clear Blackhead Clrearing SCRUB

Equate Apricot Scrub (Exfoliator)

Neosporin Antibiotic CREAM

Benzaclyn (Clindamycin-benzoy peroxide gel)

Differin (adapalene gel) 0.1%

I started exfoliating with the Apricot scrub for liek a min, then the black head one for like a min with a face brush, then washing with the continuous control cleanser for like another min then spot treating with the neosporin. I used just wash my face with the apricot scrub then put differin all over my face then spot treat with the Benzaclyn; it kept it down but i'd still have little bumps every where and 3-6 big ones so I decited to buy the other products that people said be working. so if anyone can help me put together some good regimens with these products id appreciate it.

I don't know about the rest of the products, but I have an online acquaintance from another site who's an esthetician (he has worked for clarins and at a la prarie spa), and he says that the apricot scrubs are one of the worst things you can use on your face. Apparently they do tiny amounts of damage that can add up to premature aging, and it's best to use a gentler scrub. I wouldn't know firsthand, I dislike topical scrubs in general, but it's something to consider.
