A random sampling of info:

According to a study in 'Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology (1/2000)' vinegar is a mild disinfectant but commercial disinfectants are far more effective in killing germs and bacteria.

According to 'Anti-Wrinkle Treatments for Perfect Skin', by Pierre Jean Cousin, vinegar promotes circulation in the small capilaries of the skin, is an antiseptic, prevents yeast activity, and regulates pH of skin.

Lots of ppl also claim that ACV as a toner can lighten red marks.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

pH = 3.075

Concentration/Strength = 63 grain
