maelstrom209 0 Share Posted October 27, 2005 I have read in a few places that vitamins a, e, and c are good for the skin. I often find lotions and stuff for the skin with vitamin e in it and sometimes c. Whatever the case, I wanted to find out if these vitamins are helpful in healing red marks left from acne and perhaps help prevent acne overall. I usually eat the fruits and vegetables for these vitamins but if I can get more benefits and faster results from capsules, I'd do that. I don't know if this is just a misconception on my part but I'd like to find out what you guys have to say about it. Thanks for any help!! I tried taking a teenage multi vitamin for clear skin but it did jack all for my skin...
Clearly Smooth 0 Share Posted October 28, 2005 I have heard the same thing about vitamins a, c and e. I have just started taking vitamins c and e, so I don't know what the results are yet.
