Orange #47 0 Share Posted October 27, 2005 Hey waterxyro,Check out this link -- detailed instructions on how/when/where to wash your face while on the Regimen. I found this page very helpful when I first started. Dan's step-by-step guide to the Regimen From my own experience, I can tell you to a) be extra gentle, and b) don't wash for too long. You only need to wash for about 10 seconds. (A bit longer if you wear makeup, but I presume you do not.)
Supernothing 0 Share Posted October 27, 2005 Rinse the lather off your face in 10 seconds or less
BeautyBabe 0 Share Posted October 27, 2005 Why are you people using soap to wash your face with? Soap has a PH of 9 and your skin should be a PH of 5.5. So if you use soap on your skin you are drying it out! - You may think great, because you have oily skin, but what you skin will do is fight against the dryness therefore producing more sebaceous activity. Therefore more spots! Try using a face wash or cleanser and toner!

And he doesn't recommend toner. we're trying to do his regimen.
