when is it time?

at what point should you think of upgrading bp strengths?

im not going to do it yet, as ive only been on a couple of weeks using Panoxyl 2.5%..but my skin isnt dry or red anymore (it didnt get really bad) and its starting to get oily again during the day, but im clear.

will changing to 5% help the oilyness and keep me clear??

If you are clear you shouldn't upgrade strength.

In fact you shouldnt upgrade strength, period.

All I can suggest is cleansing with something more drying and using less moisturizer.
