mhoden 0 Share Posted October 24, 2005 I did check out the suggested moisturizers, however, most of them got iffy reviews on Drugstore.com so I am hesitant to buy any of them. Also most of the reviews said they make the skin really shiny. I already have oily skin so I don't want to worsen the problem. I used Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream a lot last winter and am wondering if that would work well. It's got excellent reviews. Plus it lasted a long time. The only downside is that it doesn't have any SPF. Seems like most of the mositurizers with SPF are either really pricey or have iffy reviews.
brandolynn 287 Share Posted October 25, 2005 well, the moisturizers with spf usually get iffy reviews and complaints of oily look due to the spf ingredients. That is the only drawback to using a moisturizer with spf, the oily shine. Dan is in the process of formulating a moisturizer that hopefully won't leave a shine, but that is still several months out.If the Cetaphil cream worked for you and is non-comedogenic, you can use it, just remember you don't have any sun protection and stay out of the sun, the bp will make your skin more likely to burn.
