Minor after-acne scarring ....any remedies.

I had severe acne a few years ago, but thanks to roaccutane and time the acne has now passed. Unfortunately I have mild scarring across my chest. The scars are several white 'pimples' that span my upper chest. Is there anything from the chemists or natural substances (aloe vera, tea tree oil etc.) that can diminish or clear the scarring?

Any reccomendations.

Use Retin-A (the only FDA approved thing that works). Be constant because is the more important thing (4-5 months are required to see results). DO NOT TAKE SUN.

A doctor haves to prescribe it. Best concentration is 0,05, but if your skin is too sensitive it's better 0,025. Remember that this is a medication, don't use by yourself. And do not expose to sun. In 3-6 months you'll see the effects. Retin-A is tretinoin (a derivated from vitamin A), really works. You can try with the vinegar/lemon method, is good.
