i looked up the ingredients to the recommended cleansers for the regimen

almost all of them have atleast one (some have 3-4+) ingredients that are considered bad according to that website.

i'm actually curious as to what dan thinks about that

Despite the fact that they may have good intentions, anyone who gives a list of "comedogenic" ingredients is misleading and unnecessarily scaring people. The way comedogenicy (sp?) is usually tested is on the ears of albino rabbits. This is done in 100% strength. If something is comedogenic on the ear of an albino rabbit tested in 100% strength, is it comedogenic in 2% strength on human skin? Who knows. Until human tests are done with a particular product, we don't know, and should not be scaring people with lists like that.

If you avoided all so called comedogenic ingredients, you couldn't use most products, many of which are perfectly fine to use.
