RedSeven 1 Share Posted October 17, 2005 Hi DanI was wondering if you ever thought of adding new products in addition to BP Gel to create a Regimen range?New hydrogen peroxide suspension gels/creams such as Crystacide are expensive, they are as effective as BP but with less irritation due to lack of benzoic acid. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.f...8&dopt=AbstractWould it be difficult to find a manufacturer to create a stable Regimen H2O2 Gel?Also moisturizers seem to be the weakest link in the Regimen to me. It was difficult to find a non-irritating moisturizer with few ingredients that has healing zinc (BP & Zinc work together just like honey does on acne). Inclusion of Nicotinamide(niacinamide B3) and panthenol (B5) would be a bonus. A Regimen moisturizer would complement the range.Tea tree oil is notoriously expensive for its comparitive effectiveness to BP. Not enough of a market maybe but could do a cost effective Regimen 5% Tea Tree Oil gel with certified active ingredients to keep the paranoid free radical fearing tree huggers happy although someone should tell them our bodies naturally create hydrogen peroxide for healing and infection fighting. brandolynn 287 Share Posted October 17, 2005 Dan is in the process of formulating a cleanser and moisturizer for use with the Regimen. I'm sure it will take several months to get it all figured out and formulated, so just hang tight.

Dan 570 Share Posted October 18, 2005 Yeah, I'm developing a cleanser and moisturizer now. I hadn't heard of topical zinc before. Hmmm...At any rate, what size do you guys want the new cleanser and moisturizer to come in? I was thinking 16oz. cleanser and 8oz. moisturizer. But we can do whatever. Let me know. Dan, if you can make a moisturizer (with SPF) for oily (and I mean OILY, greased out to the MAX) skin, with reviews as good as your BP gel, there will be a lot more Dan's in my family. Orange #47 0 Share Posted October 22, 2005 At any rate, what size do you guys want the new cleanser and moisturizer to come in? I was thinking 16oz. cleanser and 8oz. moisturizer. But we can do whatever. Let me know. Hmmm...16 oz is the same size as the large bottle of Cetaphil gentle cleanser, yes? I travel frequently, and that's quite a big/heavy bottle to carry around. Any chance you'd be able to produce travel sizes? They could double as low-cost sampler kits for new Regimen users who want to try it out before jumping in to the deep end. Just my 2c. If push comes to shove, there are always those little plastic travel bottles from the drugstore. One way or another, I look forward to toting Dan's new concoctions around with me. At any rate, good luck with the product development! Definitely something to look forward to.

xiaonei87 0 Share Posted October 23, 2005 Ah . . . you people crack me up lol. I am sure Dan will figure out the best way to make it just the same way he made the best bp product in the world lol. I think if we all start requesting things it will just . . . well it just wont work. Theres no way he will be able to add everything to these things because it just wouldnt work. Dan is going to create the best product he can that will be most useful to the largest ammount of people. Dont get ur hopes up for salicilic acid either . . . most people it just irritates while on the regimen.
