ok, so for the past month (i think its been a month, cant be arsed to run upstairs and check my calender eusa_angel.gif ) ive been doing the vitamin regimen. daily ive been taking-

1000mg vitamin C tabs - 2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 evening

200iu vitamin E tabs - 2 morning, 2 evening

15mg zinc tabs - 1 morning, 1 evening

200mg (i think its mg) chromium piconolate tabs - 1 evening

yeah, so this has been working, slowly but surely. my red marks are fading nicely and hopefully they should be, near enough, not noticable in a few weeks.

PLUS, ive been putting on lema oil every night. i dont use BP or anything. all i do is wash my face with dead sea soap in the morning and evening and before bed i put on this lema oil:

soap:

lema oil:

and thats it, the lema oil is quite amazing. its antibacterial so i dont have any new spots coming up and my skin looks great in the mornings.

cheers

lol! i actually ordered rosehip oil from them first and when i got it they included a leaflet on other products. thats how i found out about the lema oil. this is what it says:

lema oil in emu oil: probably the broadest spectrum natural anti-bacterial agent there is. Lema oil is a combination of the active parts of tea tree and manuka. if you have a persistent boil or infection or acne, then this may do the trick. the emu oil helps to carry the active constituents of the essential oils deep into the pores where they can do their work.

from another website:

Lema Oil is a mixture of the most microbiologically active fractions of Leptospermum scoparium oil (Manuka Oil), and the most microbiologically active fractions of Melaleuca alternifolia oil (Tea Tree Oil). The resulting oil is broad spectrum and potent, and also has reduced perfume.

functions: Antibacterial, Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-acne, Antihistamine, Antiallergenic, Antimicrobial
