Liver flush frequency question....

Recommended Posts

I read on asksheely.com that you can safely do Liver Flushes every two weeks if your practicing good bowel cleansing with colonics/enemas. So, how often am I suppose to have a colonic or enema when doing liver flushes every two weeks? Once a month? or more? Colonics are kinda expensive and I've never done a home enema, but it doesn't sound appealing...

you should always get a colonic or do a series of enemas after a LF. the reason why she says to do them every 2 weeks only IF you are bowel cleansing, is because people usually end up retoxifiying their body if they flush too frequently, and skip the bowel cleansing part.

make sure your intestines are clean before you do a liver flush because the waste from your liver will stay in your body too long if it's backed up and you'll get sick...
