kabobana 0 Share Posted October 6, 2005 I don't really post here, usally just lurking. But I came up with something that I thought might be of use to others...I was thinking about how bacteria is what causes most pimples and realized that after I washed my face, I was spreading bacteria all over it again with the towel. So I stopped drying my face a couple weeks ago, and just let it air dry. It's rather inconvenient to be dripping wet, but I swear my face is doing so, so, so much better!Anyways.. just a thought on something that worked for me.

ξ®ٱ© 1 Share Posted October 6, 2005 True, bacteria does effect acne. It is not the only cause though. Bacteria feed on sebum, the bi products of the bacteria and sebum are what clog your pores. The bacteria live deep down in your pores, you can't touch them, you are not spreading them around your face.
Olive_Leaf 0 Share Posted October 6, 2005 Some times I put my face over the air vent to dry (about 3 feet away form the vent)
