katykat 0 Share Posted October 6, 2005 Chasteberry didn't do anything for me but evening primrose oil has seemed to help with the pimples that crop up while I'm PMSy. The key is using it consistently- if you just take it right before your period it wont do anything. You have to let it build up in your body. dejaclairevoyant 757 Share Posted October 6, 2005 I am taking it now. Ive been taking it for..Im not sure how long maybe two weeks? It isnt helping anything yet but it will be hard to know until my entire cycle goes through again and I see how my PMS symptoms are and how hormonal I feel.
