I wonder what's in Benzaclin to make it different from Duac and all the other BP + clindamycin combos... It doesn't need to be refridgerated but "expires" 3 months after it's been mixed by the pharmacist.

actually i was wondering the same thing becuase i'm on benzamycin which HAS to be kept in the fridge and expires over 3 months. Its a pain in the ass and i hate that i have to constantly worry about it whenever i'm going away anywhere. I've considered switching but from erythromycin to clindamycin..thats a whole other antibiotic. i don't know if switching would be good if one works for me. I've been using benzamycin for something like 10 years. always did what it needed to do.
