I heard its best to take ones that have complementary strainds and are in tablet form as the moisture level in capsuls is not well controlled and that can sometimes cause the bacteria to die...is this true? Also should Prebiotics be taken with the probiotics to ensure that the new bacteria survives on the intestinal wall? What are the best products for that? AcAnthology 0 Author Share Posted September 20, 2005 Do you feel its helped you acne? I've been trying to do some research tonight but everything seems to be non conclusive.
